More palm oil use, more corporations weigh in on my One-Man Email Campaign.  Here’s Pfizer’s response:

“Thank you for contacting us about our Centrum® Tablets.
Pfizer’s goal is to provide products that help lead the way to a healthier world and we value feedback from our consumers.
There are 1.70mg of palm oil per tablet. It is part of the mix of one vitamin/mineral that we receive from our raw material supplier.  Our supplier information is proprietary.  We will be happy to forward your comments about removing the palm oil from the product in the future.”

So, then, Pfizer is responsible for 1.7 mg of palm oil per tablet x trillions and trillions of tablets of the rape of the Southeast Asian rainforests.

Guess I’ve got to boycott my Centrum vitamins now.
