From the Corporate Doublespeak Department

I received an email today from the Los Angeles Times that said, in part (emphasis mine):

“We are making an exciting change to latimes.com and we want you to be the first to know how we’re evolving.…”

In truth, the paper’s now charging people to read their website.  That’s the exciting changeThat’s how they’re evolving.

Fucking corporations — and their marketing departments.
